- OEC Moves
to Fountain
With the highly successful contract
vs. ASCN complete, the OEC has moved back to its original home
of the Fountain Region. We join friends in a fight to
clear the area of hostile forces and rebase our operations in
preparations for larger industrial needs.

- ASCN and
Corporation Update
We are in the second phase of our
current contract: "Blood Water" vs. ASCN alliance.
Our kill ratio and results are good and we hope this will expand
our services after the contract is over. As most analysts
know, the OEC is targeting Empire logistical shipping during
this time. Membership recruitment is still open.
The OEC is also providing policing
security in the Beke, Genesis sector. While not full 100%
coverage, the OEC has successfully disrupted most pirate
operations there. We look forward to continued performance
in this area and keeping the vital trade route open.

- OEC on
Retainer Contract
The OEC has entered into a retainer
agreement with it's latest client. This will allow us to
provide other services to clients while being on retainer, but
only if we can successfully manage both to 100% performance
standards. We will put our strategic plan to work during
this period of downtime to get our "rapid deployment" capability
in place.
The previous contract was deemed a
success...and the OEC salutes CVTEC on its combat prowess.

- Contract
for Beke (Genesis) System
The OEC has completed contract
negotiations with its unnamed client to move to the Beke system.
This contract involves its "Corporation Asset Reduction"
services, and is on a weekly retainer basis. Combat war
declarations will be served against "Crest Tech" corporation.
This corporation seems to be targeting neutral industrial
shipping operations in this POS heavy system.
"We expect the fighting to be
fierce, and I am told that Crest Tech are professionals.
Never the less, we will execute our contract with bold ambition
as usual." Karash Amerius stated in an open
press conference. "We welcome any intelligence data
that the Beke population wishes to assist us with."
Many analysts seem to point to a
spike in general pirate activity with the addition of many
Mercenary corporations being hired to the general region.
Most note that Beke seems to be a small hub of T2 component
manufacture tucked away in a remote system easily exploited for
its many moons.

Recruitment officers have been
dispatched to the four factional regions in search of talented
pod pilots to fill key roles in the OEC. If any pod pilot

website for more information. OEC membership is not for
everyone, and only those candidates wishing to experience a team
oriented corporation need apply.
